I was introduced to acupuncture through my
personal healing experience. I received acupuncture for pain in my
feet, and after my treatment I walked away with so much more than pain
relief. I felt a tremendous sense of well being and inner peace. I was
amazed and intrigued by the experience and needed to know more. The next
thing I knew I was in acupuncture school.
I earned a Masters Degree in Acupuncture form the Tai Sophia Institute
for the Healing Arts(www.tai.edu) and I also earned the status of
diplomate of Acupuncture from the National Commission for Certification
of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). I am also a certified
Acupuncture Detox Specialist through the National Acupuncture Detox
Association. Acudetox benefits people in the process of recovery from
all forms of drug addiction and alcoholism, as well as some mental
disorders.
